What should I do after placing an order on your web site?

A: Firstly, we will send email to our customers while we ship your parcel during the whole delivery process, so please check your email frequently. Secondly, to make sure the successful delivery, it needs somebody to pick your parcel up when you are out. We won’t take the responsibility for your personal reasons such as your absence, an unclear address provided and a wrong phone number and so on.
