I bought 4 cartons of cigarettes one week ago and I have received only two parcels containing 2 cartons each. Is that normal?

A: Yes. The cartons are shipped in parcels. The parcels are shipped on the same day but in rare cases they reach destination together. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 2 to 5 days in Europe and the Mediterranean area and 5 to 7 days in the rest of the world.
